1. About Kalikara Crystals
Kalikara Crystals is owned and operated by Katherine Anne Kaplan ("Katherine," "we," "us"). We offer crystal grid kits for environmental protection and home healing, as well as professional Home + Land Healing services delivered in person and remotely.
By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and clients of Kalikara Crystals. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products or services.
2. Important Disclaimer — Please Read
Kalikara Crystals products and services are offered for spiritual, energetic, and personal wellbeing purposes only. They are not medical devices, medical treatments, or substitutes for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or any other licensed healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Katherine Anne Kaplan is an accredited Practitioner of Holistic Medicine with the IPHM and has undergone extensive training in Vibrational Science, BioGeometry, Celtic Medicine, and related disciplines. She is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or any other regulated healthcare professional.
Nothing on this website, in any product, or in any healing session constitutes medical advice. Nothing should be interpreted as a diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment plan for any physical, mental, or emotional condition.

3. Crystal Grid Kits — Purchases & Refunds
The Nature of Our Kits
Each Kalikara Crystal Grid Kit is individually charged, activated, and blessed by Katherine prior to dispatch. This is a time-intensive ceremonial process undertaken with full intention for each kit. Because this energetic work has already been completed at the time of purchase, kits are considered unique, personalised products.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the bespoke, energetically prepared nature of each kit, all sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the following circumstances:
Your order arrives damaged in transit — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work with you to find a resolution.
You receive an incorrect item — please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct the error.
We are unable to accept returns on the basis of a change of mind, a belief that the kit has not worked as expected, or dissatisfaction with energetic results. Please see Section 5 (No Guarantee of Results) for more information.
Natural Variation in Crystals
All crystals are natural materials formed over millions of years. Each stone is unique and will vary in size, shape, colour, weight, and surface texture. These variations are not defects — they are the nature of the material. Product photographs are representative and your kit may differ slightly in appearance from images shown on this website.
Kit Drops & Availability
Kalikara Crystal Grid Kits are released in limited drops rather than maintained as continuous stock. This reflects the time required to prepare each kit with care. By joining the waitlist, you consent to receiving email notifications about upcoming drops. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility.
4. Healing Services
Nature of the Service
Katherine's Home + Land Healing service is an environmental energy healing initiative. It is an entirely complementary and spiritual practice, not a regulated healthcare service. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you understand this distinction and are engaging with the service on that basis.
Booking & Payment
Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit. Details of fees, payment terms, and session scope will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of any work.
Cancellation by the Client
Cancellation terms will be set out in your individual service agreement. Generally, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable once preparatory work has begun.
Katherine's Right to Decline
Katherine reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking at her sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. She also reserves the right to end a project if circumstances arise that make it impossible or inappropriate to continue, in which case a pro-rata refund for work not yet undertaken will be offered.
Remote Sessions
Remote healing sessions are conducted at a distance. By booking a remote session, you consent to Katherine working energetically with the field of your property. You confirm that you are the owner or tenant of the property in question, or that you have the permission of the owner to undertake this work.
In-Person Sessions
For in-person visits, you confirm that you have the legal authority to permit access to the property and that it is safe for Katherine to attend. Any reasonable access requirements or health and safety information should be communicated in advance.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Kalikara Crystals makes no guarantee, promise, or warranty — express or implied — regarding the results of any crystal grid kit or healing service.
Energy healing and crystal work are experiential, subjective practices. Outcomes vary significantly between individuals, spaces, and circumstances. Many clients report profound and immediate shifts; others notice gradual changes over time; some may not notice discernible changes at all. All of these responses are valid and none of them constitute grounds for a refund or claim.
Testimonials and client experiences shared on this website reflect the personal experience of individual clients. They are not typical results and are not intended to represent what you will experience.
By purchasing a kit or booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this section, and that you are doing so based on your own judgement and not on the basis of any guarantee of outcome.

You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing before, during, and after using any Kalikara Crystals product or service.
By engaging with our products or services, you confirm that:
